Fees

At Kin Company Secretarial, we aim to be completely transparent with our fee arrangements from the outset. You can opt for our pay as you go company secretarial services, annual fixed fee arrangements or monthly retainer fees, depending on your requirements. We also offer loyalty discount arrangements for returning clients with two or more companies who register for our services and a generous client referral scheme.

Company Secretarial Services Fees

Our pay as you go company secretarial services start from £175* per hour. Alternatively we also offer annual fixed fee arrangements for companies that require more certainty around their budget. Our annual fixed fees for private limited companies (plcs) or limited liability partnerships (LLPs) start from £750 per annum.

For UK publicly incorporated companies requiring a full suite of corporate governance and corporate secretarial support, our monthly retainer fees start from £6,000. Alternatively we offer a pay as you go hourly rate from £195 per hour.

For any prospective plc clients, we will ensure any fees quoted for our services are proportionate to the needs of your company’s governance requirements, which can vary significantly depending on your listing segment.

Loyalty Discount Scheme (for Private Companies & LLPs)

We are also pleased to offer the following loyalty scheme discount for any clients on any of our annual fixed fee packages for whom we provide services for two or more or group companies:

Loyalty Discount Packages

2–4 companies: 10% discount per company
5–9 companies: 15% discount per company
10 or more companies: 20% discount per company

Kin CoSec are pleased to announce our referrals incentive scheme to existing customers which enables you to avail of a 10% discount off your next invoice1 upon successful referral2 of our company secretarial services to a new client3.

  1. Retrospective discounts will not be applied to any current or outstanding invoice balances however will be applied to the next invoice for any future works or services required. The discount is applied to one invoice balance only it would therefore not apply to multiple entities who are invoiced separately.
  2. Successful Referral equates to the successful onboarding of a new client to our client portfolio whose required services equate to a minimum of £750 (ex-VAT) and fully paid up.
  3. Any referral clients must not be an existing or previous clients of Kin Company Secretarial Limited. A referral client is not applicable to a company or entity within a current group to whom Kin Company Secretarial already provide services. You would instead potentially be eligible for our loyalty discount scheme.
